Key Responsibilities • Serve as a primary point of contact for client coordination • Organize schedules, confirmations, and planning details • Coordinate arrangements related to meetings, events, and travel logistics • Communicate with vendors and service providers as needed • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflows • Ensure a consistent, professional client experience Qualifications • Strong communication and organizational skills • High attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple timelines • Comfortable using online systems and communication tools • Background in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or coordination is helpful but not required
