Job Summary A licensed financial advisory firm in Singapore is seeking driven and client-focused individuals to join a dynamic team as Financial Services Consultants. Key Responsibilities • Deliver holistic financial planning services including insurance, investments, and estate planning • Engage and manage client relationships through tailored financial solutions • Participate in continuous training and joint client appointments to enhance performance • Convert leads from internal sources (including consumer and SME leads) into long-term clients • Educate clients on trust and legacy planning strategies • Option to build and lead your own team of advisors • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards Ideal Candidate Profile We welcome candidates from diverse industries such as: • Insurance (Advisors from Broker Firms & Insurance Companies) • Broker Firms: Finexis, IPP, Financial Alliance, Synergy, Promiseland, SG Alliance • Insurers: AIA, Prudential, Great Eastern, Singlife, NTUC Income, Manulife • Banking (e.g., UOB, OCBC, DBS, Citibank) • Healthcare (Nursing), Education (Teachers), HR, Sales & Marketing Requirements • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) • Minimum GCE A Level, Diploma, or Degree (SCI certification supported) • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client success • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build a rewarding career • Willing to complete required certification through the Singapore College of Insurance (SCI) • For experienced advisors: Preferably less than 10 years in the industry or leading a small team What Makes This Opportunity Unique • Brokerage Platform: Access to a wide range of insurance products from multiple insurers • Legal & Estate Planning Support: Integrated estate and trust planning via in-house legal partners • Healthcare Integration: Clients receive complimentary health screenings via in-house clinic services • Regional Exposure: Offices across Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand • Lead Generation: Organic leads provided through affiliated businesses (not sold) • Mentorship by Top Performers: Guided by industry leaders with proven sales and leadership success
