Job description
Mur&Partners is offering a position as Export Sales Representative – Based in Middle East for a company specialising in the manufacture and sale of bathroom and kitchen taps and other water-related solutions.
Reporting to the Export Department, the role will involve developing and consolidating the brand's presence in international markets, generating business opportunities in the high-end residential and contract sectors, and maximising sales figures, profitability and the company's market position.
Key Responsibilities
• Developing and managing the international client portfolio (distributors, specifiers, architectural firms, engineering firms, property developers and hotel chains).
• Actively securing new clients and high-end residential and contract projects in the assigned markets.
• Comprehensive management of the sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing and follow-up.
• Technical specification of tap solutions for contract projects (hotels, residential properties, retail, offices, etc.).
• Participation in international trade fairs and industry events.
• Market analysis, identification of opportunities and proposal of commercial strategies.
• Coordination with internal teams (marketing, technical, logistics and administration).
• Regular reporting on activities and results.
Requirements
• Qualifications in Business Management. Qualifications in Building Services Engineering, Engineering, Interior Design, Business Administration or similar will be an advantage.
• Advanced user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in ERP and CRM management tools. Advanced proficiency in office software.
• Native Spanish and very high-level English are essential. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years' demonstrable experience as an export sales representative, preferably in the Contract sector.
• Experience in the taps, bathroom fittings, equipment or project materials sector is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills, autonomy and strategic vision.
• Strong focus on acquiring new clients and opening up international markets.
• Willingness to travel frequently is essential.
• Previous experience in Middle Eastern countries.
