This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, customer service, and delivering high-quality experiences in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner. • Assist clients with travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests. • Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies. • Follow up with clients to confirm itineraries and satisfaction. • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving. • Maintain accurate client and booking records. Qualifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Customer service experience required; travel or hospitality experience preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable with technology and learning booking systems and CRM tools. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Passion for travel and client-focused service.
