Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner. • Assist clients with travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests. • Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies. • Follow up with clients to confirm itineraries and satisfaction. • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving. • Maintain accurate client and booking records.
