DIVERSITY & INCLUSION (D&I) SPECIALIST (REMOTE, CONTRACT)

About the Role Were looking for a D&I Specialist to review content and communications for inclusive language, representation, and bias-free messaging. Responsibilities • Conduct inclusive-language and bias audits on localized content. • Recommend improvements for gender, disability, and cultural balance. • Contribute to internal D&I guidelines and training. • Collaborate with editors and content designers to ensure alignment. Requirements • Academic or professional background in gender studies or sociology. • Strong command of inclusive communication principles. • Skilled writer/editor with cross-cultural awareness. • Experience working in global or NGO environments. Preferred • Familiarity with UN Gender Inclusive Language Toolkit or equivalent. Contract Type : Freelance / Remote Compensation : Daily rate (USD-based)
