Job description
Our client is looking for a performance marketing specialist to join their team. This person will help develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns alongside a talented team of marketers and sales leadership, with a focus on international markets. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a data analytics driven team and gain invaluable knowledge of how to build and manage complex digital campaigns and deep reporting.
All performance marketing is handled in-house, without any agency support. This is an amazing opportunity to get hands-on experience working on paid media platforms, website CMS, marketing CRM, SEO analytics tools, and reporting visualization tools.
RESPONSABILITIES:
• Work on performance marketing activity across Paid Media channels for international markets throughout LATAM, EMEA, and english speaking APAC countries
• Work with the performance marketing team to create and manage a comprehensive multi-channel strategy across Paid Search, Display, Remarketing, and SEO for international markets throughout LATAM, EMEA, and english speaking APAC countries
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and sales team to optimize audience targeting strategies
• Collaborate with fellow performance marketing team members to execute onsite SEO initiatives such as metadata optimization, keyword expansion / conflict fixes, code optimization, and audits
• Work with the team to track and optimize paid media budget across performance channels
• Work with the team to track and build automated reports for key performance indicators of media buying activity
• Work with marketing teams to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned
REQUIREMENTS:
• The ability to speak and write fluently in English, Spanish, and one other language; preferably German or French.
• 2+ years of experience building Google Search and Display Ads in online platform and editor application
• 2+ years of experience running retargeting campaigns
• 2+ years of experience building and managing YouTube and Google Discovery ads
• 1+ years working with SEO onsite analysis tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and SEOSurfer
• Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM: building landing pages, workflows, forms, emails, audience lists, and field mapping with external applications
• 2+ years uploading and editing pages in a modular CMS like Wordpress, Contentful, or Craft
• 2+ years working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GA4 knowledge a bonus)
• 2+ years working with heatmap tools such as Hotjar or Mouseflow
• 1+ years building reporting and using tools like Google Data Studio
• 1+ years working with project management tools and processes such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Knowledge of at least basic level HTML and CSS
• Self starter, who is organized and doesnt need to be closely managed, and can freely collaborate with team members.
