Keyvoto is looking for a B2B Account Manager to manage customer relationships with our business clients. If you have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for customer success, wed love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients .
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer experience .
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide reports and insights on client performance.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B account management, or business development .
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of B2B customer relationship management .
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus .
• Experience with Task Management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) is a plus .
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
