Croatian and Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Specialist (Remote)
Are you a multilingual communicator who thrives on helping others and solving problems? We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist fluent in both Croatian and Slovenian to join our dynamic, growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our Adriatic-region customers receive top-tier support and solutions.
This is a fully remote position based in Bulgaria, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while staying connected to a supportive, international network.
Requirements
• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2) in both Croatian and Slovenian , with a strong command of written and spoken English.
• Legal Status: Must be an EU citizen or possess a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria .
• Location & Setup: Currently residing in Bulgaria with a quiet, dedicated home office space and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Please note: No relocation support is provided for this position; candidates must already be based in Bulgaria.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a consumer-facing role is highly valued.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, empathy, patience, and a knack for troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both Croatian and Slovenian, delivering accurate and timely assistance.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues regarding accounts, services, or product inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update account details within our CRM system.
