Italian Speaking Technical Support Specialist
Introduction
Are you an Italian speaker with a knack for technical troubleshooting and digital support? We are seeking a Italian Speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our growing remote workforce in Greece. In this role, you will assist Italian users with specialized software applications, electronics, or billing-related tech support.
Responsibilities
• Provide first-class technical support to Italian-speaking customers via telephone, email, and live web chat.
• Guide customers through system navigation, technical setups, and subscription management.
• Perform logical diagnostics on reported technical glitches or payment gateway queries.
• Escalated unresolved issues to high-level technical teams efficiently.
Requirements
• Native or near-native fluency in Italian (written and spoken) and professional English proficiency.
• Good grasp of general software, hardware, or web application systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to offering excellent client care.
• Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece.
What We Offer
• Salary Rate: €1,000 – €1,100 Gross / Month.
• Monthly performance bonuses and 2 extra salaries per year .
