Polish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Remote (Lisbon Region) Are you a Polish speaker looking for the flexibility of working from home without losing connection to a thriving international hub? The Role • Customer Care: Act as the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, answering inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. • Problem Resolution: Assist users with product inquiries, order tracking, billing questions, cancellations, and basic account troubleshooting. • Data Documentation: Accurately log, track, and update customer files and interaction details within the internal CRM platform. • Service Excellence: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Working Model & Location • Location: Remote / Work From Home based in the Lisbon area (candidates must live within commuting distance for occasional on-site meetings or training updates). • Equipment: A complete high-tech home office setup (including a laptop, monitor, headset, and secure corporate software) will be fully provided and shipped directly to your home.
