Player Support Agent with Spanish & English
Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, player-focused Player Support Agent fluent in Spanish and English to join a global leader in the Customer Experience (CX) industry in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will champion the user experience by assisting players with account issues, in-game bugs, and general billing inquiries for iconic competitive titles like League of Legends and Valorant . Operating in a dedicated Email Only back-office setup, you will work alongside a passionate team of gamers to deliver an authentic, player-to-player support experience.

• Work Mode: On-site (Based full-time within a modern, multicultural corporate environment).
Your Role & Responsibilities
• Assist players with account technicalities, system errors, and localized issues via structured support tickets and digital text queues ( Email Only ).
• Adopt an empathetic, case-by-case player approach to maintain a highly supportive and personalized community experience.
• Identify emerging technical bugs, patch glitches, or widespread server trends submitted by players and escalate them immediately to development teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal units to cultivate an authentic gaming culture across all support responses.
Your Qualifications
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish paired with a good command of English (written and verbal).
• Core Trait: High player empathy—the capability to understand a gamer's perspective, frustration, and passion when troubleshooting an active account issue.
• Gaming Background (Strong Advantage): Hands-on experience playing video games; being able to speak the community shorthand, understand competitive formats, and relate to gamer mindsets is a huge plus.
• Communication: Strong written communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and detail-oriented troubleshooting.
Shifts & Working Hours
• Schedule: Full-time hours operating on a 24/7 rotational shift framework (covering 00:00 to 00:00, Monday to Sunday).
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
• Salary Range: €1,250 – €1,450 Gross base per month (plus a welcome bonus of €1,400 – €1,600 ).

• Housing Search: Dedicated assistance to help you find and secure a permanent apartment.
• Relocation Bonus: A financial relocation bonus of €1,400 – €1,600 distributed across two separate monthly installments.
