Founding Account Executive (AE) | 0 1 Builder
We are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Account Executive to join as a founding member of our sales team. This is not a traditional AE role — you will play a critical part in building, shaping, and scaling our sales function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
• Drive outbound sales efforts, including high-volume cold calling and pipeline generation
• Build, test, and optimize sales processes and playbooks
• Collaborate closely with founders to refine go-to-market strategy
• Contribute to the development of scalable sales infrastructure
What We're Looking For
• 4–5+ years of consistent, high-performance experience in sales
• Strong background in SaaS sales environments
• Foundational understanding of Web3
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Confidence and resilience in outbound sales (including 100+ daily dials)
• Builder mindset with the ability to iterate and improve systems
• Experience creating pipeline from scratch is highly preferred
