Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) to join our elite team of trainers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco technologies, a passion for teaching, and a proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to technical audiences across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver official Cisco training courses to IT professionals, corporate clients, and academic institutions.
• Facilitate hands-on labs, simulations, and interactive sessions to reinforce learning.
• Customize training programs to meet specific client needs and learning objectives.
• Stay current with Cisco technologies, certifications, and instructional standards.
• Mentor learners pursuing Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers to enhance course materials and lab environments.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
• Support marketing and sales teams in promoting Cisco training offerings.
• Maintain CCSI status through continuous learning, certification, and compliance with Ciscos Instructor Kit membership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Valid Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) credential.
• Minimum of 710 years of experience in networking and Cisco technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering Cisco certification training (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE).
• Strong understanding of Cisco technologies including routing, switching, security, wireless, and collaboration.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and technical levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for on-site training engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
• Additional Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CCIE Enterprise).
• Experience with Cisco platforms such as Meraki, DNA Center, and SD-WAN.
• Familiarity with virtual labs and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to create interactive and multimedia training materials.
• Knowledge of DevOps and cloud integration with Cisco technologies.
• Experience in course development, examination, and assessment.
