DYNAMICS 365 CRM & ERP + JIRA IT TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (AZURE DEVOPS)

Role Overview The organization is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP), Jira-based ITSM, and Azure DevOps. The role focuses on managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP implementations Oversee IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies Utilize Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and delivery Administer and manage Jira / ITSM environments Coordinate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams Drive project timelines, scope, and resource allocation Monitor project performance and ensure quality deliverables Facilitate communication across distributed teams Support continuous improvement and process optimization Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) Solid background in IT Project Management / Program Delivery Hands-on experience with Jira (administration or ITSM workflows) Proficiency with Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines, tracking) Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models Ability to manage cross-functional and remote teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Employment Type Consultant (Project-based / Contract)
