IT INFRASTRUCTURE & SECURITY PROJECT MANAGER (SCRUM MASTER)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong exposure to infrastructure and security-related initiatives within complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have solid delivery experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and multiple workstreams, with the ability to drive projects from initiation through to successful implementation using Agile and hybrid methodologies. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and security-related projects, acting as Scrum Master / Project Manager across multiple workstreams. • Define and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria. • Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, governance standards, and enterprise architecture principles. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution. • Collaborate with Infrastructure teams, Security teams, Architects, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery plans. • Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. • Provide clear and consistent project updates to senior stakeholders through reports and presentations. • Coordinate and manage vendors and third-party providers to ensure delivery quality and timeline adherence. • Support implementation activities including testing, deployment coordination, and production readiness. • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and Agile maturity across teams. Requirements • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. • At least 7 years of experience in IT project management, Scrum Master, or delivery roles in enterprise environments. • Strong experience in infrastructure projects (cloud, network, systems, enterprise platforms) and/or security-related initiatives. • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies. • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, or Agile certifications are preferred. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
