Job description
We're looking for a driven BD professional to join TheMacsoft as a core growth contributor. Your primary mission: identify and convert potential clients, generate leads, and build lasting business relationships. This is a ground-floor opportunity — top performers will grow into a fixed salary + commission + incentive structure and lead the entire BD department.
What You'll Do
• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Reach out, pitch, and convert leads into active clients
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline
• Collaborate closely with leadership to refine outreach strategies
• Eventually mentor and lead a BD team

Compensation
• 100% commission-based to start

Start Date: 1 week after offer letter acceptance
Proven ability to identify, approach, and convert potential clients (even if from academics/internships)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you can pitch confidently
Strong research skills — ability to find the right people at the right companies
Self-motivated and target-driven — comfortable working without hand-holding
Ability to handle rejection and keep going (resilience is non-negotiable)
Familiarity with LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, or CRM tools is a plus
Understanding of IT/software/tech services is an advantage (TheMacsoft is a tech company)
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
BDM: 2–4 years with demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and close deals
