As a Registered Dietitian with Denali Health, you'll help patients navigate nutrition challenges with evidence-based guidance, compassionate coaching, and practical strategies that support long-term success. Your expertise will empower patients to make informed decisions about their health while contributing to a care model focused on prevention, education, and sustainable wellness. What You'll Do: Provide Nutrition Counseling & Education: • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments via telehealth. • Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on patient goals, medical history, and lifestyle factors. • Provide ongoing nutrition counseling, education, and behavior-change coaching. • Monitor patient progress and adjust recommendations as needed. • Educate patients on nutrition, disease prevention, weight management, and healthy lifestyle practices. Support Patient Success: • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through compassionate communication. • Help patients establish realistic and sustainable health goals. • Provide accountability, encouragement, and ongoing support throughout the care journey. • Respond to patient questions and provide timely follow-up when appropriate. • Deliver a high-quality patient experience during every interaction. Maintain Documentation & Quality Standards: • Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly. • Maintain records in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations. • Utilize telehealth and electronic documentation systems effectively. • Stay current with evidence-based nutrition guidelines and best practices. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, health coaches, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate. Must-Haves: • Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential in good standing. • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. • Experience providing nutrition counseling and patient education. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Reliable internet connection and home office setup. • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems. Nice-to-Haves: • Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, or a related field. • Experience providing telehealth or virtual nutrition services. • Experience supporting weight management programs. • Experience with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, metabolic health, or lifestyle medicine. • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems. • Bilingual communication skills.
