Job description
Accountabilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, content marketing, and paid media channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Optimize website performance and search visibility through technical SEO, keyword research, and content improvements.
• Manage and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and reporting on key marketing KPIs.
• Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across digital assets.
• Configure and maintain tracking, tagging, and reporting frameworks using tools such as Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Support the management and optimization of content within enterprise CMS platforms, ensuring consistency and performance alignment.
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing within an enterprise organization or large agency environment.
• Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, and paid media execution.
• Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and technical SEO principles.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and familiarity with Power BI.
• Hands-on experience managing content in enterprise CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco, Kentico, Joomla, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
