SENIOR FULL STACK AGENTIC AI DEVELOPER

Accountabilities: Lead the design and development of end-to-end agentic AI solutions, building scalable systems that integrate backend services, AI models, and user-facing applications. You will architect and deploy serverless and event-driven systems while ensuring performance, observability, and security at scale. • Design and implement agentic workflows using Amazon Bedrock Agent Core , including runtime orchestration, tool use, and API exposure via agent gateways • Build production-grade AI-driven applications such as customer assistants, booking systems, and service workflows integrated with omnichannel platforms like Amazon Connect • Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases , including embedding strategies and retrieval tuning • Architect serverless backend systems using Amazon Web Services services such as AWS Lambda , Step Functions, EventBridge, and API Gateway • Build and maintain observability-rich Lambda functions using structured logging, CloudWatch, X-Ray, and performance optimization techniques • Design Customer 360 APIs and unified data layers supporting enterprise-grade personalization and analytics • Develop responsive frontend applications using React , including customer portals and internal operational tools • Integrate enterprise systems such as NetSuite and other third-party tools (CRM, communications, scheduling platforms) • Implement customer journey tracking, preference management, and compliance workflows (GDPR-aligned privacy controls) • Collaborate with ML, Data, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless end-to-end AI system delivery • Support testing, UAT, production releases, and technical documentation for deployed systems Requirements: This role requires strong full-stack engineering expertise combined with deep hands-on experience in AWS-native AI and serverless architectures. You should be equally comfortable building backend systems, designing agentic workflows, and delivering production-ready frontend applications. • 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with strong backend specialization • Proven, hands-on experience building agentic workflows using Amazon Bedrock Agent Core (Runtime and Gateway) in production environments • Strong expertise in designing multi-step agent reasoning, tool use, and action group architectures • Deep experience with AWS serverless architecture including Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, and API Gateway • Production experience with observability tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray) and Lambda performance optimization • Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js/TypeScript for backend development • Experience designing and implementing RAG systems, embedding models, and retrieval optimization strategies • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs (GraphQL/AppSync is a plus) • Frontend experience using React or equivalent, with ability to deliver responsive UI components • Experience integrating enterprise systems such as CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) • Familiarity with authentication (Cognito), storage systems (S3), and databases (DynamoDB/RDS) • Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements • Ability to collaborate in Agile teams and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders Benefits: • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise • Contract-based flexibility (full-time engagement) • Remote work opportunity across the United States • Exposure to cutting-edge agentic AI and generative AI technologies • Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale, production AI systems • Collaborative, high-performance engineering environment • Engagement with modern AWS-native architectures and AI frameworks • Professional growth in advanced AI, cloud architecture, and full-stack engineering domains.
