TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Accountabilities: • Define end-to-end enterprise solution architectures spanning application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure layers across cloud and hybrid environments. • Partner with business and product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable target-state architectures and technical roadmaps. • Lead architecture review boards, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and security policies. • Design integration strategies across SaaS, on-premise, and cloud systems using APIs, event-driven patterns, and integration platforms. • Establish reusable architecture patterns, principles, and technology standards to guide engineering teams across multiple initiatives. • Support cloud modernization, migration, and re-platforming programs focused on scalability, resilience, and cost optimization. • Collaborate with security and data teams to embed governance, identity, and compliance requirements into solution designs. • Produce architecture artifacts such as diagrams, decision records, and technical documentation to support delivery teams. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or solution architecture roles. • Proven experience designing enterprise solutions across multiple cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. • Strong expertise in API design, integration patterns, and event-driven architectures at scale. • Deep experience with at least one major enterprise platform (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle). • Strong understanding of security, identity management, and enterprise data governance principles. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations. • Experience leading architecture governance, design reviews, and cross-team technical alignment. • Strong ability to evaluate trade-offs across scalability, cost, performance, and resilience. • Preferred: Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, and exposure to regulated industries.
