Job description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a HR Administrator for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files and HR databases • Support end-to-end recruitment administration including job postings and scheduling • Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees • Handle day-to-day HR queries from staff and managers professionally • Process payroll inputs and ensure accurate data submission to the payroll team • Generate HR reports and assist with compliance, audits and policy updates Requirements • 2+ years of HR administration or people operations experience • Proficient in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday or similar • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Discreet and professional in handling sensitive and confidential information • Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices What We Offer • R26,000/month • 100% remote, UK business hours • Career growth and professional development • Exposure to leading UK businesses and practices Remote Recruitment – connecting top South African talent with UK employers.
