• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Relevant experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
