PROGRAM AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

About the Organization: Steelhead Collective is best understood as a “field catalyst” that empowers organizations seeking to conserve wild steelhead and advocate for sustainable steelhead fisheries, primarily in British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, and California. The Collective currently convenes seven participating organizations to develop coordinated strategies and to share knowledge, information, and resources. It also identifies capacity gaps and strategic projects of range-wide relevance and raises funds to fill capacity gaps and implement priority projects. Position Summary: The Program and Operations Manager plays a central role in helping advance the Steelhead Collective’s strategic vision, partnerships, and collaborative conservation initiatives while also ensuring strong operational coordination across the Collective’s work. Working closely with the project director, project facilitator, participating organizations, and key partners, the Program and Operations Manager will gain meaningful exposure to coalition stewardship, facilitation, strategy development, fundraising, organizational operations, and collaborative governance within a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
