We are currently looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and relationship-oriented Sales Business Development Representative (B2B) to drive new business growth within the plastic raw materials, recycling, and metallurgical industries. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, building long-term client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Business Development: Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B accounts within the plastic raw materials, recycling, and metallurgical sectors, building a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
· Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and needs assessment through negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and account growth.
· CRM & Commercial Data Management: Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM/ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date commercial data.
· Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on KPIs (sales targets, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, etc.) to measure performance against goals.
· Technical Sales Support: Provide technical guidance to customers on plastic materials and transformation processes, coordinating with internal teams when specialized product knowledge is needed.
· Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategy.
· Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
· Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing to develop outreach campaigns, promotional materials, and lead-generation initiatives that support sales objectives.
· Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings, including occasional travel as needed.
· International Communication: Communicate effectively with international clients and partners in English (C1 level), ensuring clarity in commercial documentation and correspondence.
· Additional Responsibilities: Handle additional duties outside the standard scope of work as business needs require.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or a commercial-related field. Sales certifications are a plus.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the plastic raw materials, recycling, or metallurgical industries. Technical knowledge of materials and plastic transformation processes is highly preferred.
• CRM & Business Systems: Experience working with CRM/ERP systems, KPI metrics, and commercial information management.
• Sales Expertise: Strong skills in prospecting new customers, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service.
• Adaptability: Willingness to take on responsibilities outside the standard scope of work when business needs require.
• Commercial Competencies: High emotional intelligence, perseverance, discipline, and a strong commercial and market-oriented mindset.
• Organization & Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Language Skills: Bilingual with C1-level English proficiency (oral and written), capable of communicating confidently with international clients and partners.
