Together, we inspire our customers and achieve success—every contribution counts. ________ THAT IS OUR OFFER • Direct access to our management team: Work closely with department leads and management, learn something new every day, and continue to grow through direct interaction. • Grow with us: We support your personal and professional development through targeted training and education. • Long-term prospects: We offer you a permanent employment contract at a modern company in the forward-looking energy sector. ______ THAT IS YOUR JOB • You independently develop the Italian market and drive the sustainable growth of our sales activities. • You strengthen existing distributor partnerships, acquire new distributors and further develop the Italian market together with them. • You identify new market opportunities and develop strategies and initiatives to establish BRC as a long-term player in the Italian photovoltaic market. • You inspire installers to use our products, build a strong installer network and continuously develop it. • You work closely together with the Head of Sales, develop and evaluate sales and marketing initiatives to effectively address installers and continuously increase market penetration. • You represent BRC at customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events while continuously expanding your professional network. • You monitor market and competitor developments, identify new business opportunities and derive recommendations for the further development of the Italian market. • You work closely together with the Head of Sales and provide regular updates on market developments, sales performance and new business opportunities.
