An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p> <p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for customer requests and operational support.</li> <li>Support customer onboarding and communication in Spanish and, where required, English.</li> <li>Deliver excellent customer experience through timely updates and issue resolution.</li> <li>Manage support requests and maintain accurate operational records.</li> <li>Receive, prepare, configure, validate, and package laptops and mobile devices.</li> <li>Support device enrolment and basic MDM workflows.</li> <li>Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostics.</li> <li>Coordinate repairs, replacements, returns, and asset recovery processes.</li> <li>Create shipping labels and coordinate device collections and deliveries.</li> <li>Track shipments and proactively manage delivery updates.</li> <li>Support storage, warehousing, stock organisation, and inventory reconciliation.</li> <li>Maintain SOPs and operational documentation.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.</li> <li>Support business scaling initiatives and process improvement.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally across Customer Success, Operations, and technical teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Device Operations, Logistics Coordination, Inventory Management, IT Support, or Warehouse Operations.</li> <li>Diploma, Técnico, Tecnólogo, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline.</li> <li>Exposure to MDM platforms such as Hexnode, Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf.</li> <li>Experience with inventory, CRM, or ticketing systems.</li> <li>Comfortable handling devices and performing operational tasks.</li> <li>Experience coordinating courier and logistics providers in Colombia.</li> <li>Working knowledge of spreadsheets and operational reporting.</li> <li>Strong customer communication and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and take ownership.</li> <li>Native or professional Spanish communication.</li> </ul> <div lang="EN-US"> <p><strong>Compensation:w</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $700 - $900 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client. </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>Application review/approval <strong>></strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>></strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>></strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>> I</strong>nterview with the client <strong>> H</strong>iring and onboarding. </span></p> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
