Job description
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will lead and scale the enterprise Solutions Engineering function while driving execution excellence across complex enterprise deals.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers supporting enterprise sales cycles
• Guide the team in complex technical sales motions including discovery, demos, POCs, security reviews, and RFPs
• Partner with enterprise Account Executives to drive technical strategy and execution across multi-stakeholder deals
• Oversee solution design and ensure alignment between customer workflows and platform capabilities
• Build and refine scalable enterprise SE processes including demo frameworks, POC methodologies, and enablement tools
• Develop competitive positioning, integration playbooks, and technical knowledge bases for enterprise engagements
• Translate field insights into structured feedback for Product and Engineering teams
• Step in directly on strategic deals when deep technical expertise is required
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced Solutions Engineering leader with a strong background in enterprise SaaS and a proven ability to scale teams and processes.
• Experience managing or mentoring Solutions Engineers in complex enterprise SaaS environments
• Proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing technical teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (IT, Legal, Finance, HR, Executive sponsors)
• Ability to design and improve scalable processes, frameworks, and enablement systems
• Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to connect product capabilities to enterprise outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
• Hands-on mindset with experience building POCs, demos, or technical evaluation frameworks
• Background in Applicant Tracking Systems or HR Tech is a plus
• Experience as a former Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical IC role is highly valued
