MATERIAL HANDLER - FLY-IN/FLY-OUT - DAY SHIFT

Accountabilities: • Perform a wide range of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving materials. • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. • Ensure accurate order fulfillment, product staging, auditing, and inventory cycle counting. • Handle warehouse documentation such as picking sheets, returns, and shipping records. • Support automated packing systems and assist with operational troubleshooting when required. • Follow strict safety procedures and performance standards in all tasks. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the warehouse environment. Requirements: • High school diploma or GED preferred. • At least 1 year of warehouse or industrial material handling experience is an asset. • Valid forklift operator certification preferred. • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods. • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy under pressure. • Ability to work independently as well as within a diverse team environment. • Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a 7-on / 7-off fly-in fly-out schedule. • Strong communication skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset.
