QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) - PLENO (REGULATÓRIO PIX)

Accountabilities: • Design, document, and execute functional, exploratory, regression, web, mobile, and API test scenarios to ensure software quality and compliance. • Develop, maintain, and improve automated test suites, contributing to reliable and efficient testing processes. • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders during discovery, requirements analysis, and agile ceremonies to identify quality risks early. • Identify, document, monitor, and validate software defects, ensuring issues are properly resolved before release. • Contribute to continuous improvements in quality processes, testing frameworks, and engineering best practices. • Maintain clear and up-to-date testing documentation that supports team collaboration and knowledge sharing. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging testing technologies, recommending new approaches when appropriate. • Participate in technical quality initiatives, sharing knowledge and supporting the evolution of testing practices across the organization. Requirements • Experience designing test plans, specifications, and test execution using BDD (Behavior-Driven Development). • Hands-on experience with test automation using Python. • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles. • Experience performing requirements analysis and creating comprehensive test scenarios. • Practical experience testing REST APIs, web applications, and mobile applications. • Strong knowledge of functional, exploratory, and regression testing methodologies. • Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks. • Proficiency with Git version control. • Knowledge of SQL Server, Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Rest Assured, performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust, or Gatling), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps is considered a plus. • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, collaboration, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
