TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER (TPM)

Accountabilities: • Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across web platforms, data tooling, and AI-enabled product initiatives. • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to define scope, milestones, success metrics, and structured delivery plans. • Run core program rituals such as planning sessions, standups, risk reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and momentum. • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, proactively surface risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Develop and maintain clear program documentation including roadmaps, PRDs/tech briefs, RACI matrices, release plans, and postmortems. • Drive launch readiness activities including QA planning, rollout coordination, observability requirements, and incident response alignment. • Continuously improve delivery systems, including estimation accuracy, release hygiene, throughput tracking, and communication workflows. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles within software, platform, infrastructure, or devtools environments. • Strong technical fluency across APIs, web systems, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, observability, and basic security concepts. • Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments. • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured documentation and status reporting. • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments with a bias toward action and pragmatic decision-making. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, product, and design teams. • Ability to bring structure to complex problems and drive execution from planning to delivery.
