REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Total Experience 10+ years</li><li>Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical development and solution delivery.</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise in X++ development and D365 F&O extensibility framework.</li><li>Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Application Object Tree (AOT), customization, extensions, and development patterns.</li><li>Strong experience with D365 ERP integrations, configuration, connectors, and third-party application integrations.</li><li>Expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Lifecycle Services (LCS).</li><li>Proven experience in D365 F&O technical architecture, solution design, and development governance.</li><li>Strong experience with Azure DevOps, source control management, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with OData, REST APIs, Azure services, and integration frameworks.</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with global teams.</li><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-300, MB-500, or MB-700.</li><li>Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing domains.</li><li>Knowledge of Azure services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.</li><li>Experience with data platforms such as Data Lake, BYOD, and Microsoft Fabric.</li><li>Experience with Power Platform integration and Business Events.</li><li>Experience leading global D365 F&O implementation and support programs</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions.</li><li>Translate functional requirements into scalable technical architecture and solution designs.</li><li>Define, enforce, and review development standards, coding practices, and technical governance.</li><li>Perform hands-on development using X++, extensions, Chain of Command (CoC), event handlers, and extensibility frameworks.</li><li>Design, develop, and oversee customizations including forms, classes, workflows, batch processes, and integrations.</li><li>Architect and manage integrations between D365 F&O and third-party applications using OData, REST APIs, Azure services, and integration frameworks.</li><li>Configure and manage D365 ERP integrations, connectors, and third-party application interfaces.</li><li>Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and coordinate effectively with offshore development teams.</li><li>Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure delivery quality across technical teams.</li><li>Manage source control, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes using Azure DevOps.</li><li>Manage application deployments and environment activities through Dynamics 365 Lifecycle Services (LCS).</li><li>Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide technical solutions.</li><li>Prepare technical design documents, development guidelines, deployment documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and implementation methodologies.</li></ul> Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
