<p>Overall Impact<br> - Take responsibility for large campaigns, crafting cohesive, industry-competitive copy<br> - Clearly communicate creative concepts to stakeholders representing strategic and user-focused viewpoints with confidence and ease<br> <br> Essential Functions:</p><ul><li>Copywriting<br> - Develop creative concepts and copy that drive business, build brand equity, and create meaningful connections with prospects and customers<br> - Leverage best practices, audience insights, and campaign performance data to refine and optimize messaging strategies<br> &#xa0;</li><li>Design Thinking<br> -&#xa0;Conceptualize campaigns and copy that embody the company voice while differentiating and pushing the brand forward<br> - Demonstrate an understanding of the brand and products, working to create cohesive storytelling across projects<br> - Track B2B marketing copy trends and share learnings, best practices, and insights with team to create a culture of continual learning and collaboration<br> &#xa0;</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration<br> - Lead multiple projects at one time, acting as a go-to resource for the creative team and stakeholders<br> - Help streamline and innovate processes to improve cross-functional collaboration<br> &#xa0;</li><li>Team Citizenship<br> - Foster a culture of collaboration, where constructive feedback and open dialogue are required<br> - Proactively track and share copy plans, progress, and problems with your manager and cross-functional collaborators<br> - Demonstrate professional, positive, and proactive communication with peers<br> - Invest in team success by pitching in where needed, following up, and following through</li></ul> <ul><li>8+ years experience as a B2B SaaS and/or eCommerce writer</li><li>A creative leader who inspires other writers with your work, knowledge of best practices, and strategic thinking</li><li>Experience conceptualizing creative campaigns across design and copy</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to proactively problem-solve and foster cross-functional alignment</li><li>Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, copywriting best practices, markers of success, and how creative drives business impact</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing complex creative projects or processes</li><li>Ability to craft copy that’s human, relatable, and converts—all while adhering to brand guidelines</li><li>Excellent time management skills, including ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently</li><li>Exceptional proofreading and editing skills, with a deep appreciation for giving and receiving feedback</li><li>A self-starter with a passion for research and learning</li><li>Attention to detail and exceptional execution</li><li>Four-year college degree or equivalent experience</li></ul> <p>Please note that this is a contract-to-hire opportunity.</p>
