Requirements:
• Min. 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager, preferably in an e-commerce/digital agency or brand-side (ideally in the hair care or beauty sector)
• Very good, practical command of English , both spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
• Strong background in eCommerce, digital commerce, marketplaces, or retail media
• Ability to work with data and translate it into specific business actions
• High level of professionalism when working with demanding corporate clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term, strategic client partnerships
Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with the client’s global teams
• Co-creating and implementing comprehensive e-commerce sales and marketing strategies for the hair care portfolio
• Monitoring KPIs and preparing recommendations and reports for regular status meetings
• Managing project budgets and actively looking for new business opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell agency services
• Following changing trends in the beauty industry and e-commerce innovations to apply them to the client's activities
