AMS OPENTEXT SUPPORT CONSULTANT – ADMINISTRATION & OPERATIONS

Summary/Objective: We are seeking an experienced AMS OpenText Support Consultant to provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and L2/L3 support for OpenText Content Server and related ECM components. This role focuses on platform stability, user and security administration, job monitoring, issue resolution, and operational governance, ensuring the OpenText environment remains secure, performant, and compliant in a production setting.
