Let us know during the interview process if you're interested in supplementing your schedule with in-person opportunities in your area.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Get</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Competitive pay ($23.00–$25.00/hour)</li> <li>Flexible scheduling</li> <li>Work from home</li> <li>Ongoing supervision and support from experienced BCBAs</li> <li>Professional development opportunities</li> <li>RBT supervision and certification support</li> <li>A collaborative, mission-driven team</li> <li>Opportunities for additional virtual and in-person cases as they become available</li> <li>The chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families every day</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Provide one-on-one virtual Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA</li> <li>Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs in a telehealth setting</li> <li>Engage clients using evidence-based ABA strategies in an interactive virtual environment</li> <li>Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session</li> <li>Communicate professionally with families and supervising clinicians</li> <li>Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive virtual learning environment for every client</li> <li>Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You'll Need</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Required</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification</strong></li> <li><strong>Applicants without an active CBT certification will not be considered.
