Accountabilities: The Sales Compliance Specialist is responsible for reviewing customer interactions, analyzing sales behaviors, and identifying potential compliance concerns through data-driven investigations. The role supports leadership teams by transforming insights into actionable recommendations that improve processes and customer outcomes. • Analyze sales behaviors across call center, in-home, and in-store interactions to identify compliance risks and trends. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative reviews of customer interactions to evaluate performance, customer experience impacts, and business opportunities. • Identify patterns related to fraudulent activity, policy violations, and compliance concerns through interaction analysis. • Utilize voice analytics tools and reporting platforms to locate relevant interactions and create valuable business insights. • Perform detailed audits of customer interactions and employee performance using various data sources, including machine learning-generated leads. • Support compliance initiatives through ad hoc analytics projects, investigations, and reporting activities. • Prepare clear summaries of findings through written reports and verbal presentations for internal stakeholders. • Create visual reports and data narratives to help teams understand trends and make informed decisions. • Handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise, strong communication skills, and compliance awareness with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This role requires bilingual proficiency and the ability to interpret complex information to support business decisions. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field preferred. • Previous experience in compliance, fraud prevention, legal, sales, customer service, quality assurance, or a related area is preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain findings and recommendations. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, solve problems, and develop practical solutions. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity with minimal supervision. • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and analytical tools. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. • Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve performance objectives and quality standards.
