SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER

Accountabilities: • Design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. • Configure and enhance Salesforce solutions to align with business requirements and deliver efficient, user-focused experiences. • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications to ensure reliability, security, and strong performance. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. • Manage source code, deployments, and release processes using Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines. • Contribute to Salesforce architecture decisions, platform improvements, and best practice implementation. Requirements: • 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development and platform customization. • Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security concepts, sharing models, and platform best practices. • Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions, including configuration and custom development. • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms through REST/SOAP APIs. • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. • Experience working with Git-based source control systems and CI/CD deployment workflows. • Knowledge of IT security best practices based on ISO, SOC, or similar security frameworks. • Experience with Agentforce development, Salesforce Experience Cloud, or responsive UI development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is considered an advantage.
