Job description
Accountabilities:
• Design, develop, implement, enhance, and support Workday HCM integrations across enterprise applications and business platforms.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday technologies including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for inbound and outbound integrations, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI), Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Gather business requirements, analyze integration needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient Workday solutions.
• Configure and support Workday Business Processes, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements and operational needs.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, BIRT reports, and reporting solutions to support business insights and operational decision-making.
• Support Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employee Management, and Learning Management System (LMS).
• Configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and security profiles while ensuring appropriate access management.
• Provide production support by troubleshooting integration and functional issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing timely resolutions.
• Monitor integration performance, data accuracy, and system reliability while managing incidents, service requests, and change requests through ITSM processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks while staying current with Workday releases and best practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience with strong expertise in Workday HCM and enterprise integrations.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting Workday integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration technologies including EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes and understanding their impact on HR operations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, ATS, Employee Management, and Learning Management.
• Experience developing Workday Reports and BIRT reports, as well as managing content uploads such as onboarding documents and questionnaires.
• Strong understanding of Workday security configuration, security roles, domains, and profiles.
• Experience providing production support for Workday functional and integration solutions within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ticket management practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams, technical teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
• Workday certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work overlapping US/UK business hours, with a preferred shift of 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST .
