Job description

Accountabilities: As the Sr. Specialist, SAP Order to Cash (OTC) – Key User, you will serve as a functional subject matter expert responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing SAP OTC processes. You will ensure effective system adoption, operational excellence, and alignment between business needs and SAP capabilities. • Serve as the SAP OTC Key User and functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, pricing, billing, delivery, returns, and invoicing. • Own and stabilize assigned OTC processes while ensuring compliance with global standards, internal controls, and best practices. • Provide first-line functional support for customer operations teams, resolving SAP issues related to orders, pricing, billing, deliveries, and returns. • Partner with teams across warehouse, logistics, finance, pricing, billing, and returns to troubleshoot cross-functional process challenges. • Support Stock-to-Invoice controls by identifying, correcting, and preventing invoice-related discrepancies. • Support SAP S/4HANA OTC processes and Fiori applications, ensuring effective adoption and usage across business teams. • Collaborate with IT teams, global SAP stakeholders, and external partners on enhancements, integrations, releases, and system improvements. • Participate in SAP releases, cutovers, hypercare activities, and regression testing initiatives. • Lead functional testing activities, including test planning, documentation, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing. • Maintain process documentation, training materials, job aids, and knowledge resources. • Identify training needs and support user enablement through modern learning formats and knowledge-sharing initiatives. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and workflow optimization. • Use SAP reporting, analytics, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. • Collaborate within a global SAP operating model to support process harmonization, governance, and maturity initiatives. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong SAP OTC functional expertise, business process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and operational teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 3–5 years of SAP OTC functional experience, ideally within a complex enterprise environment. • Strong hands-on experience supporting Order-to-Cash processes within SAP SD. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments or supporting ECC-to-S/4HANA transitions. • Strong understanding of integrated business processes across order management, logistics, finance, and customer operations. • Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions and process improvements. • Experience troubleshooting SAP issues and providing functional support to end users. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and global partners. • Experience supporting SAP testing activities, including UAT, regression testing, and release validation. • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred. • Familiarity with automation initiatives such as RPA and SAP workflow improvements is a plus. • Experience working with global SAP templates, governance models, or regulated environments is preferred. • SAP certification in SD, OTC, or S/4HANA is a plus.
