FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT – QUANTUM IMPLEMENTATION (TREASURY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS)

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to join our Treasury & Risk Technology team. In this role, you will lead Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations, with a primary focus on Quantum . You will work closely with clients throughout the entire implementation lifecycle—from gathering requirements and designing solutions to configuring the system, conducting training, and providing post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities • Lead client engagements from project discovery through implementation and delivery. • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and design solutions with treasury, finance, and risk stakeholders. • Configure and implement the Quantum Treasury Management System based on client requirements and industry best practices. • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation. • Perform business, data, and technical analysis to support system design, development, and testing. • Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support. • Manage project communication, issue tracking, and stakeholder updates using tools such as JIRA. Required Experience: Applicants should have hands-on experience implementing enterprise Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and a strong understanding of treasury operations, including: • Cash and liquidity management • Risk management • Debt and investment management • Hedging • Treasury compliance Experience with one or more of the following Treasury Management Systems is required: • Quantum • Kyriba • Murex • Integrity • Calypso • Finastra • ION • GTreasury • SAP Treasury & Risk Management You should also have experience in: • Business Analysis • Project Management • Data Analysis • Technical Consulting • Requirements Gathering • Solution Design • Stakeholder Management • SQL • JIRA • Documentation • End-user Training and Support Preferred Qualifications The following are considered an advantage: • Experience specifically implementing or supporting Quantum . • Professional treasury or finance certifications such as ACT, CTP, or CFA. • Previous consulting experience with a Systems Integrator, Big Four consulting firm, or Treasury software vendor. • Experience in treasury transformation projects involving cash, liquidity, debt, investments, hedging, or treasury compliance.
