Job description

Fully remote opportunity within SpainYou will join a large-scale international ERP transformation program focused on migrating legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The program is already live in some countries and entering a key rollout phase in Spain, requiring strong governance, coordination, and cost control.What you will do<ul><li>Structure and manage the overall project governance for the Spanish rollout</li><li>Monitor budget, resources, planning, and risks</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, integrators)</li><li>Ensure alignment between global and local stakeholders</li><li>Define and track KPIs, timelines, and delivery milestones</li><li>Manage reporting to senior stakeholders</li><li>Support integration and migration processes</li></ul> <ul></ul>Mandatory:<ul><li>+5 years of experience as PMO or Project Manager in complex IT programs</li><li>Strong experience in ERP implementations or migrations</li><li>Proven experience in governance, cost control, and resource management</li><li>Ability to structure projects and manage multiple stakeholders</li><li>Fluent English and Spanish</li><li>Based in Spain (remote possible)</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365</li><li>Experience in international programs</li><li>Background in industrial or finance sectors</li></ul> What do we offer you?<ul><li>Remote opportunity - based in Spain</li><li>Perks and Benfits such as private medical insurance, life insurance, language lesson, flexible remuneration,Smart Office Pack so that you can work comfortably from home.</li><li>Permanent, full-time contract.</li><li>Training and career development.</li><li>Possibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projects.</li></ul>If you are passionate about data, development & tech, we want to meet you !
