DEVOPS ENGINEER

<p>We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and support the development, automation, and operation of cloud-based platforms for a customer in the financial services sector.</p><p>In this role, you will work with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines to build, maintain, and improve secure, scalable, and reliable environments. You will collaborate closely with development teams to automate deployments, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve platform operations.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br> &#xa0;</p><p><strong>Cloud Infrastructure Engineering:</strong> Build, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance</p><p><strong>Kubernetes Platform Operations:</strong> Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes environments to support business-critical applications</p><p><strong>CI/CD &amp; GitOps Automation:</strong> Develop and enhance delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Workflows, and GitOps practices</p><p><strong>Infrastructure as Code:</strong> Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform</p><p><strong>Networking &amp; Platform Services:</strong> Configure and troubleshoot networking components, including NGINX and Traefik, to ensure secure and efficient traffic management</p><p><strong>Observability &amp; Incident Management:</strong> Monitor platform health, improve observability, and investigate infrastructure and deployment issues</p><p><strong>DevOps &amp; Reliability Best Practices:</strong> Apply security, automation, and operational best practices to improve platform stability and resilience</p><p><strong>Engineering Collaboration:</strong> Partner with development teams and platform engineers to continuously improve application delivery, systems, and infrastructure</p> <p>Must have</p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.</li><li>Experience with Kubernetes.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Workflows, and GitOps.</li><li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.</li><li>Good understanding of networking concepts, including NGINX, Traefik, TCP/IP, and connectivity troubleshooting.</li><li>Experience with monitoring and observability.</li><li>Good understanding of Linux systems.</li><li>Understanding of security best practices and platform quality.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to improve existing systems and apply DevOps best practices.</li><li>Strong collaboration and customer-oriented mindset.</li><li>Good English communication skills.</li><li>Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.</li><li>Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.</li></ul><p>Nice to have</p><ul><li>German language</li><li>ArgoCD</li><li>Datadog</li><li>Experience with AWS or GCP</li></ul> <p><strong>At Accesa you can:</strong></p><p>Enjoy our holistic benefits program that covers the four pillars that we believe come together to support our wellbeing, covering social, physical, emotional wellbeing, as well as work-life fusion.</p><ul><li>Physical Wellbeing: Our wellbeing program includes medical benefits, gym support, and personalised fitness options for an active lifestyle, complemented by team events and the Healthy Habits Club.</li><li>Work-Life Fusion: In very dynamic industries such as IT, the line between our professional and personal lives can quickly become blurred.
