As we continue to scale, we are seeking an Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building efficient processes, driving accountability, and helping teams operate at their highest level.<br><br></p> <p><strong>Position Overview <br></strong>The Operations Manager will serve as a key leader responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Rhymetec. This individual will work cross-functionally with Service Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and capable of balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution.<br><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes across the organization.</li> <li>Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.</li> <li>Drive standardization and documentation of internal workflows and procedures.</li> <li>Set and monitor organizational performance metrics and recommend improvements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Project &amp; Process Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute company-wide operational initiatives and strategic projects.</li> <li>Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.</li> <li>Coordinate resources across departments to meet deadlines and service commitments.</li> <li>Maintain accountability through project tracking systems and status reporting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with department leaders to improve collaboration and operational effectiveness.</li> <li>Facilitate communication between Sales, Service Delivery, Security, Finance, HR, and Executive teams.</li> <li>Support leadership in implementing organizational priorities and company initiatives.</li> <li>Assist with scaling operations to support continued growth.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for executive leadership.</li> <li>Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Prepare executive reports and recommendations based on business performance.</li> <li>Track service delivery metrics, utilization, profitability, and operational health indicators.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Resource Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with workforce planning and capacity management.</li> <li>Support hiring and onboarding initiatives in partnership with HR.</li> <li>Monitor team utilization and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Ensure operational resources are aligned with company goals and growth forecasts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technology &amp; Automation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Evaluate and implement tools that improve operational efficiency.</li> <li>Work closely with Rhymetec’s AI initiatives to identify opportunities for automation.</li> <li>Support integration of operational systems and reporting platforms.</li> <li>Promote adoption of technology solutions that improve employee productivity and client outcomes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure operational processes align with internal policies and industry best practices.</li> <li>Support quality assurance initiatives across service delivery teams.</li> <li>Assist with internal audits, documentation reviews, and operational governance programs.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.</li> <li>5+ years of operations, project management, or business management experience.</li> <li>Experience working within a professional services, consulting, technology, or cybersecurity organization.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational and project management skills.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.</li> <li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, managed services, or SaaS environments.</li> <li>Experience managing operational KPIs and executive reporting.</li> <li>Familiarity with project management methodologies and operational frameworks.</li> <li>Experience implementing automation and AI-driven business processes.</li> <li>PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related operational certifications.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Success Metrics</strong></p> <p><strong>The Operations Manager will be measured on:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Operational efficiency improvements</li> <li>Project completion rates and timeline adherence</li> <li>Cross-departmental collaboration effectiveness</li> <li>SLA and service delivery performance</li> <li>Process automation initiatives implemented</li> <li>Employee productivity and utilization metrics</li> <li>Executive reporting accuracy and timeliness</li> <li>Overall organizational scalability and operational maturity</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Success Looks Like After 12 Months</strong></p> <ul> <li>Established scalable operational processes across all major departments.</li> <li>Improved organizational efficiency through automation and workflow optimization.</li> <li>Implemented executive KPI dashboards providing real-time business visibility.</li> <li>Reduced operational friction points and improved interdepartmental collaboration.</li> <li>Successfully supported Rhymetec’s growth objectives while maintaining service quality.</li> <li>Became a trusted operational leader and strategic partner to the executive team.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Compensation &amp;
