In this critical role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various industries, helping our clients find the best talent. If you have a passion for recruitment and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you! • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates for various roles. • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for open positions. • Maintain candidate records and ensure a smooth process within the recruitment database. • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance the recruitment process. Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. • Organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience with recruitment software and tools. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. • Full-time, long-term remote position • Direct access to a supportive, founder-led business with mentorship and trust
