From Poland, you'll be in a strategic junction connecting future German partners with their next portfolio breakthrough. In this position you'll be identifying business opportunities, nurturing key relationships and delivering measurable revenue growth in a B2B-client environment. Key Responsibilities • • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the German market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and key stakeholders. • Act as the main point of contact, connecting partners with portfolio growth opportunities. • Drive revenue growth by managing client accounts and identifying upselling opportunities. • Collaborate with partners to support long-term business success and strategic expansion. • Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level) and good English skills (B2 or higher). • EU citizenship, and valid passport is mandatory for this role. • At least 1 year of relevant Sales experience in business-facing environments — a strong advantage if related to Digital Advertising, • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German-speaking market. • Consult with prospective and existing clients to understand their business goals and advertising needs. • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Manage and develop long-term relationships with German-speaking client accounts. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success. • Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations. • Deliver excellent client service and ongoing account support. • Competitive Monthly Salary, • 2 Extra Salaries per year, • Monthly Performance Bonus, • Fully Paid Relocation Package, • Continuous support during and before your relocation to Greece, • Fully Paid Training, • Positive international environment, • Health Insurance, • And Much More!
