Job Title: Sales Executive – Outbound Sales, Research & Appointment Setting
Location: Remote – Latin America (US Eastern Standard Time Preferred)

We are seeking a skilled Executive Sales Assistant to the CEO with experience in outbound sales, executive outreach, and appointment setting to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer by driving outbound prospecting efforts, managing executive relationships, and converting qualified opportunities into scheduled meetings. Your work will directly impact pipeline growth, strategic partnerships, and new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner directly with the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer to execute outbound sales and business development initiatives.
• Research target companies, executives, referral partners, and decision-makers using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other sales intelligence tools.
• Manage outbound email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone outreach to schedule qualified business appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, including activities, notes, follow-up tasks, meeting outcomes, and opportunity updates.
• Coordinate meeting scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and post-meeting follow-up to ensure every opportunity progresses.
• Prepare prospect research, executive briefs, account summaries, and meeting notes to support sales conversations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Lead Generation, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless opportunity management and handoff.
Must-Have Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience in outbound sales support, appointment setting, business development, executive sales assistance, or B2B lead management.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including activity tracking, account management, task management, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience using Apollo.io or similar prospecting platforms for lead generation, enrichment, and research.
• Advanced LinkedIn experience for prospect research, executive outreach, and relationship development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with U.S. executives and business leaders.
• Professional phone presence with confidence making outbound calls to executives, referral partners, and decision-makers.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern productivity tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for video meetings and cloud-based systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel to the United States as required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting CEOs, founders, senior executives, or executive leadership teams.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for research, writing, prospecting, and workflow automation.
• Experience working within B2B sales organizations and managing executive-level relationships.
• Knowledge of IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), technology lifecycle management, or related industries.
• Proven ability to independently prioritize work and drive opportunities through the sales pipeline.

• Schedule 5–10 qualified new business appointments each week .
• Ensure qualified leads receive timely and professional follow-up.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date Salesforce records.
• Keep every active opportunity moving toward its next stage.
• Deliver prompt post-meeting follow-up and coordinate next steps.
• Ensure no qualified lead, relationship, or strategic opportunity is overlooked.
• Represent executive leadership with professionalism, urgency, and accountability.
