BUSINESS ANALYST

In this role, you’ll work across technology controls, risk and compliance, and platform engineering teams to analyze controls, identify automation opportunities, and help translate compliance requirements into codified, enforceable solutions integrated into Internal Developer Platforms. This role requires strong analytical thinking, deep understanding of controls frameworks and software engineering processes , and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders globally. What you'll be doing • Analyze existing controls to identify opportunities for automation and platform integration • Translate policies and risk mitigation requirements into automated, codifiable solutions • Work with control owners, engineering teams, and tooling teams to adapt controls for the Platform/Tenant model • Design and conceptualize solutions that integrate compliance into platform services • Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives to enable secure, scalable automation • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver technology control improvements • Support iterative delivery to provide incremental value while meeting long-term compliance goals • Continuously improve the control automation framework, leveraging best practices and innovative approaches Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
