Accountabilities:
The Strategic Partnerships professional will lead partnership development initiatives, manage key relationships, and generate business growth opportunities by connecting industry insights with commercial strategies.
• Represent the organization at national healthcare conferences, tradeshows, and industry events to build awareness, establish relationships, and generate qualified opportunities.
• Own partnership-driven revenue goals and convert event interactions, market opportunities, and business conversations into long-term commercial partnerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare executives, administrators, investors, and strategic industry stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective and existing partners, managing communications, alignment, and relationship growth.
• Create and execute strategic partnership plans based on market trends, industry insights, and emerging opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, joint initiatives, and new revenue channels within the healthcare ecosystem.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize the impact of industry events and partnership programs.
• Support partner onboarding processes and ensure successful transition from opportunity development to ongoing collaboration.
• Track partnership performance, pipeline development, event outcomes, and key performance indicators.
• Analyze results and recommend improvements to optimize partnership strategies and revenue generation.
• Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive opportunities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation, with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver measurable results.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or related roles within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Experience developing and closing high-value business partnerships.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to engage healthcare executives, administrators, and industry leaders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence presenting both in-person and virtually.
• Ability to represent an organization professionally at conferences, tradeshows, and external events.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Ability to analyze partnership performance, manage pipelines, and use data to guide decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for conferences, partner meetings, and industry events.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams.
