HEAD OF PRODUCT OPTIMIZER MARKETING

This role will lead the strategy development for creating a compelling offer across crops, maximizing brand value and customer experience Managing budget, team and optimizing portfolio for a given customer segment.</p><p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead&#xa0;marketing strategy development across crops and regions to maximize customer experience and ROI.</li><li>Lead, coach and manage the Product Optimizer Marketing Team and related budget to maximize brand value and customer experience, optimizing the product portfolio for the targeted customer segment in the region.</li><li>Ensures an effective, harmonized execution of marketing processes, tools, and decision platforms across all Territories.</li><li>Sign off 5 year Business Planning.</li><li>Develop strategy driving customer value proposition across crops and region.</li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, guiding marketing manager in the design of effective go to market strategies for the product optimizer segment.</li><li>Own and manage Marketing Budget (includes A&amp;P spend) ensuring deployment in line with agreed strategies and with the purpose to maximize return on investment.</li><li>Develop Downstream activities in order to identify future trends.</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative field required; Master's degree (MBA, Marketing, or related) preferred.</li><li>5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, and customer experience.</li><li>Experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.</li><li>Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans.</li><li>Experience in analyzing market trends and customer insights to inform business decisions.</li><li>Experience in managing budgets and financial performance.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.</li><li>Customer-centric mindset and focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.</li><li>Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.</li></ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>The opportunity to receive an annual bonus and profit-sharing – we celebrate success together!</li><li>Flexible working options where possible to support a healthy work-life balance, including the ability to work from up to 2 days per week from home.</li><li>Grow and thrive – unlimited access to Learning Edge, our online learning platform, where you can continuously develop yourself through various training programs and courses.</li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), offering free advice, coaching, and support in areas such as career development, emotional support, and legal or financial advice.</li><li>25 vacation days + 1 vitality day to recharge.
