FINANCE ANALYST MID - RECONCILIATION (NIGHTSHIFT)

<p>Arch’s delegated authority programs are written by third party agencies referred to as Agencies or Managing General Agencies (MGA’s).&#xa0; Arch has a regulatory requirement to audit the MGA.&#xa0; The candidate will reconcile policy data between Arch financial systems and the systems of the MGA for the various programs.&#xa0; The candidate will create exhibits to identify the reconciling differences and work with various groups to resolve and clear the differences.</p><p><strong>Responsiblities:</strong></p><ul><li>Reconcile policy level premium, commissions, open receivables and other policy details between Arch’s systems and the MGA’s systems.</li><li>Prepare exhibits summarizing the various reconciling differences with explanations describing the cause for the difference</li><li>Maintain policy level detail which reflect the summarized differences in the exhibits</li><li>Track and age differences</li><li>Work with program accountant, Arch underwriter, Arch IT and MGA to resolve open differences</li></ul> <ul><li>Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Financial Systems, Accounting experience</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and organize significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Working knowledge and experience with financial systems.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Excel including complex functions and pivot tables to analyze data (sumproduct, vlookup, sumif, etc.)</li></ul> <ul><li>BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related discipline.</li></ul>
